Redbrick wanted people thinking of applying to get a real sense of the company's culture. Real people speaking honestly build trust in a way that copy cannot.
Videos for the Redbrick website
Problem
Approach
These videos were part of a full rebrand of the Redbrick website by Amee Longpré, which is largely how the site still looks today. I planned, filmed and edited all of them, working from a script, or interview questions written by a colleague.

Leaders Summit
I was also the videographer for the Leaders Summit event series, a formerly annual event for the company's leaders. I shot, edited and produced recap videos for each event.
Power to Summit
Power to Summit is a hiking fundraiser event which Redbrick takes part in every year in support of Power to Be. I always participated and made videos to capture the team's experience. This is a sample from the 2026 video, which I filmed and edited.
Outcome
Most of the videos are still live on the Redbrick website. For years, they've been showing people thinking of applying what it's actually like to work there, in the words of the staff themselves. None of the people on camera were used to being filmed, and they come across as relaxed and honest, which is what makes the videos work. Short-form versions of these videos were also published to Redbrick's social channels.
