Hi, I'm Mike Munroe.

I created this archive to showcase my home region, its shifting weather, rugged coastlines, hidden highlands, and the smaller moments that are easy to miss.

My photographic practice involves extensive outdoor work: watching how light changes, tracking tides, chasing fog, and returning to the same places across seasons. These images document what Vancouver Island looks and feels like when you're out there experiencing it.
